Industrial Candlesticks

Happy holidays folks!  A few weeks ago, I was contacted by Westlake Ace Hardware to participate in their HoliDIY projects.  Ace was super generous and sent me all of the materials to make these industrial candlesticks.  This project was super easy (as in, it took less than 8.2 minutes to complete) and it packs a serious punch in the décor department!  I love the simplicity and creativity in this one.  Another bonus – these candlesticks can be used year round and they’d also make a cool gift for someone who likes urban, modern décor.

Industrial Candlesticks

You’ll need:

  • pipe unions and couplings
  • spray paint
  • tapered candles
  • Duco Cement or other multi-purpose household glue

Glue couplings to the top of pipe unions, making sure that your top level is large enough to accommodate the width of a tapered candle.  After glue has dried, spray paint with the color of your choice.  I used silver, but any color would look great, especially a metallic.
